Platform beneath the Business Online Bank that was a collection of different services, tools and features used by several other products.
This was a highly technical product which required a good collaboration, communication and technical skills to be able to work well with other teams.

MY ROLE
I worked as a platform product owner who built, developed and managed different tools & systems that were used by multiple squads within the Business Online Bank.
I managed a cross-functional team of 5 engineers, and 1 UX/UI designer.
My main goals were:
1) Understand the strategic vision of the products and make long and short-term trade-offs to improve the product lines
2) Increase and manage the platform availability time to help multiple products and services developed further
3) Develop, connect tools and systems that can be easily adjusted and used by multiple teams
