It all started when our CEO Taleh Kazimov (PASHA Bank Azerbaijan) told us about his genius idea and the future perspectives the idea could hold for us: "A single B2B platform to connect all the businesses of our market so that they can build networks, start partnerships, grow their businesses with equal transparent terms, that would help whitening the businesses and help them to GROw!"
Businesses sell products or provide services, they also need products and services for themselves to grow their businesses. Business relations start with procurement. Thats why we also started digitalizing procurement flow with our product. But...we didn't want to create just another procurement platform. We though what if we create a "public" procurement platform? Where every supplier is free to join, review procurement requests and send offers to the related ones. What if participating in RFXs (RFQ, RFI and etc.) be as easy as reviewing & liking posts in social media?
I worked as a product owner who researched, build and launched the product with the cross-functional team of 6 engineers, UX/UI designers, and sales managers. Had daily time-boxed stand-up meetings, sprints, DEMO meetings, and retrospectives.
It was the first startup product and the first non-banking product that I launched within the PASHA Bank.
After successfully finishing the MVP stage we formed a second squad and I started managing both squads as a Product Lead.
